Black & Blue
Customs

Custom poker chip inlay replacement, precision craftsmanship that turns worn
or generic chips into a set worth playing for.

What We Do

Most poker chips have a small decorative disc set into the center, called an
inlay, showing a casino logo, a denomination, or artwork.

On mass-produced chips these inlays are often thin, generic, or prone to peeling. We carefully remove the original inlay and replace it with a new one: higher quality, custom-designed, or matched to a specific set you're restoring. The result is a chip that looks and feels like it came from a high-end casino, without changing the weight, texture, or feel of the chip you already play with. Whether you're restoring a damaged set, upgrading a cheap starter set, or building a fully custom design from scratch, the inlay is where the real transformation happens, and it's the one thing we obsess over.

About Black & Blue Customs

Black & Blue Customs is a small, custom-work shop built around one idea: the chips on the table should feel as good as the game itself. Every inlay swap is done by hand, one chip at a time, no mass production, no shortcuts. We're players first, and it shows in the details we care about: the fit, the finish, the feel of a chip when it hits the felt. If you love the game, we build chips for people like you.
